Job Description: The Administrative Assistant of Pre-K assists the Kids Department by overseeing all Pre-K.  Providing admin support for the Pre-K, Associate Director, and Kids Associate Pastor.

Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversight with Associate Director
  • Assist with Onboarding and Training
  • Overseeing and managing budget, submitting expenses and check requests
  • Maintain Inventory of Supplies for Pre-K
  • Scheduling:
    -Content: Curriculum for Pre-K
    -Design: Order of Service
  • Assist with Weekend Preparation and Set up, including Special Events
  • All Audits: Planning Center, Kids Team Site, Master Spreadsheets
  • Recording Weekend Numbers
  • Assist with Child Dedication
  • Assist with Right Now Media
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by Kids Director & Associate Director
