Hope

Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you.” - James 1:27 (ESV)

The Need:

God’s call to His people through His Word is clear. The Bible mentions caring for the poor and oppressed nearly 2100 times. Currently, there are 143 million orphans worldwide. There are 2.3 billion Christians worldwide. The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex has 4,000 children in foster care; 1,100 of these waiting children desire to be adopted into forever families. We have the ability to change these numbers for God’s children!

Our Mission

The mission of Hope Ministry is to show God’s love to the fatherless or child in need just as God first loved and adopted us. We bring together a group of people with the common desire to serve orphans and waiting children through adoption or foster care. Our vision is to aid families throughout their adoption or fostering journey as well as after they transition into a forever family through social gatherings, events, education, and mentoring, Hope Ministry will provide love and support.

Why Give

Not everyone is called to adopt but James 1:27 clearly states that everyone is to do something.  Giving to the Hope Fund will help orphans internationally and locally thru partnerships and adoption.  Hope supports ministries worldwide and also provides grants to HighRidge families who are adopting either locally of internationally.  Your help provides food and support for orphans in Africa and helps children find forever-permanent families!
