MEN UNITED

We are men getting intentional about making connections that matter! We are action-driven, uniting in sync with the mission and vision of Highridge. We focus on building brotherhood in group events in collaboration with our Men’s Small Groups and one-on-one mentoring. Our desire is to encourage men to live lives of authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ and directed by the Word of God. The Men’s Ministry seeks to equip men to grow and develop in their relationship with God, to be the spiritual leaders of their homes and to impact the world for the cause of Christ.

 

Men’s Groups

Men getting together once a week or every other week to discuss God’s Word, online, or in person. We read through certain books of the Bible and have discussions, or we use a particular small group study curriculum. Either way, there will be something for everyone; whether you have never cracked open a Bible or whether you have been in the Bible your whole life. Our typical format: Start with opening prayer, share wins, then discuss what we’ve read that week. We make sure that everyone is comfortable regardless of your Bible knowledge or experience in church.

Men’s Events

We have 3 types of events throughout the year:

Men’s Breakfast– Encouraging messages brought by engaging speakers, free breakfast and great fellowship.
Men’s Fellowship and Coffee– We get together and hear a Member of Highridge share his testimony.
Men’s Night- This is our big event that we do once a year. We have a guest speaker, lots of great giveaways, BBQ and great fellowship. *There is a charge for this event

Men’s Mentoring

Discipleship changes everything, and one-on-one mentoring is one of the most powerful tools for discipleship. Focus on what matters most:  becoming the man God has created you to be and helping someone else do the same.

Next Level– This is a one-on-one process of mentoring that helps men become all that God has called them to be. Whether you are desiring to grow spiritually or grow in a specific area, this is a great opportunity.
Transformed– Helping men find freedom from lust and pornography through their relationship with Jesus Christ. This is one-on-one mentoring with brothers who have previously struggled with this sin and found freedom. All mentoring is completed confidentially, online, or in person. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to allow God to transform the way you think about sexual sin by renewing your mind!
