Job Title: Coordinator, Kids Ministry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Coordinator, Kids Ministry assists the Kids Ministry Department by overseeing all Pre-K and Elementary. Providing support for the Pre-K and Elementary, Associate Director, Kids Ministry.

Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    1. Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
      • Oversight with Kids Pastor
      • Recruit Volunteers
      • Assist with Onboarding (MM/CCB/PCO)Maintain Inventory of Supplies for Pre-K and Elementary
      • Oversee Experience:
      Scheduling: (PCO)
      Content: Curriculum for Pre-K & Elementary
      Design: Order of Service
      Oversee Pre-K & Elem worship
      Preparation: PCO, MM, CCB
      • Oversee with Weekend Preparation
      • Printing/Stocking Team Services Cards
      • Oversee the ordering of all supplies for Kids Ministry
      • Provide Admin Support for all Kids ministry
      All Audits: PCO, Kids Team Site,
      Provide administrative assistance with MM, CCB, PCO
      Weekend Set-Up
      Assist with Huddle and recording them.
      Assist with Training
      Assist with Special Needs
      Assist with Special Services
      All Editing & Printing for Kids Ministry Team Cards and Scripts, curriculum
      • Assist with projects & initiatives within Kids Ministry
      • Complete any additional tasks assigned by Kids Ministry Pastor
      • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires sitting, walking, bending, stooping, twisting and lifting up to 20 pounds or more as needed to fulfill job duties and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications include:

    • • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
      • A basic knowledge of budgets and payroll systems
      • Teachable, flexible, works well with others, detail-oriented, organized
      • Communication skills
      • Scheduling and Curriculum Experience
      • All Kids Ministry Experience Preferred
      • Bachelor or Associate Degree Preferred
