Conference Speakers
Dawn Klingenberg
Dawn is the Executive Pastor of Groups and Women’s ministry at HighRidge Church. She and her husband, Pastor Jeff Klingenberg, started HighRidge Church in 2007. She is a gifted teacher who has a passion to equip and inspire women to step into their God-given purpose in their lives and in the church.
Donna Pisani
Dr. Donna Pisani is a pastor and Bible teacher with forty years of ministry experience. She has a Master of Arts in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University and a DMin from George Fox University focusing on women in leadership. She co-founded Capital City Church with her husband and is the co-founder of the Circle of Twelve, a mentoring program for female Pastors. Donna is also the author of the newly released Entrusted to Lead and also The Power of Not Yet: Living a Life of Endless Possibilities. Her greatest joys are date nights with her husband and family time with her four grown children, two son in-laws, and two grandchildren.
Janese Rivers
Janese is a joyful chaos coordinator—also known as a mom of three—who thrives on faith, family, and the occasional cup of coffee that actually stays warm. As a pastor’s wife, she’s no stranger to ministry life, offering encouragement and wisdom wherever God leads. Currently pursuing a degree in psychology at DBU, Janese is passionate about helping others walk in health and healing as they grow in the Lord. Whether wrangling kids, diving into her studies, or hosting with open arms, she’s all about building a life that reflects grace, love, and purpose.
Kristen Utter
Kristen is a talented communicator and the author of Shatterproof: What Held Me Together When My World Fell Apart. After earning her music degree from University of North Texas, Kristen has spent years in worship and creative ministry, in both the local church and community. She loves people of every age and specializes in helping them understand how we can trust in God’s goodness while living in a world that can be just the opposite. A wife, mom, and woman of faith who has overcome great tragedy and loss, Kristen shares with authentic passion the abundant strength God offers us through Jesus to make our confidence in Him truly shatterproof.
