Flourish Conference is HighRidge Church’s yearly women’s conference. This life-changing conference is for women of every age and background. You’ll spend two-days being inspired to become all that God has called you to be, and you will be refreshed by inspirational teaching from our guest speakers, Holly Wagner and Tim Ingram. This year we will be learning what it means to ARISE.

Dawn Klingenberg
Dawn is the Executive Pastor of Creative and Women’s ministry at HighRidgeChurch. She and her husband, Pastor Jeff Klingenberg started HighRidge Church 16 years ago. She is a gifted teacher who has a passion to equip and inspire women to step into their God-given purpose in their lives and in the church.
Holly Wagner
Holly and her husband Philip are senior founding pastors of Oasis Church, a growing, multi-cultural, multi-generational church they starte in 1984 in Los Angeles, CA. Holly is currently one of the hosts of TBN’s Better Together. She has written several books including her newest is Find Your Brave, an honest look into navigating life’s storms, which has been an encouragement to the thousands who have read it.
Tim Ingram
Tim is the Lead Pastor of HighRidge Church Longview. In addition to providing leadership and vision for HighRidge, Tim is also the president of Unite Leadership, whose purpose is to train and equip church and business leaders to make an impact in their local community. Tim is particularly passionate about healthy leadership, spiritual growth, and transforming culture.
