Our guest speaker is Dr. Matt Carter, Executive Director of TIMES12 and the founding pastor of The Austin Stone Community Church in Austin, Texas, where the church grew to more than 8,000 people and sent over 300 full-time missionaries around the world. He previously served as Vice President of Mobilization for Send Network, the largest church planting network in North America.
