Prayer & Fasting services provide an opportunity for us to focus on the Lord as a church community and hear from Him more clearly. During this time, we intentionally eliminate distractions in order to pursue the Lord’s heart. In each service, we share an extended time of worship, hear a powerful encouragement from the Word and spend a special time of prayer together. If there is something you’ve been praying for, working to overcome, or seeking God’s wisdom on, Prayer and Fasting provides a great way to quiet all the noise and tune in to what God has to say.

Fasting Tips
Prayer, coupled with fasting, is a principle that God intended for everyone to be able to enjoy. Through this kind of “intensified prayer,” you will grow closer to God and grow stronger in your spiritual walk like never before.
What is Prophetic Ministry?
The gift of prophecy is listed among other spiritual gifts given to believers in 1 Corinthians 12:1-11. Prophetic ministry involves being moved in the spiritual gifting to speak words of life. Scripture outlines the various ways prophetic ministry can build and encourage the church. It can serve many purposes, but will always align with The Word of God. At HighRidge, we believe that the gifts of the Spirit bring life and encourage the body of Christ (Romans 12:6-8).
The gift of prophecy, coupled with words of knowledge and words of wisdom, is specifically suited to encourage believers!
